How the Filament Subscription works
How does the subscription work?
You customise your subscription: choose material, select filaments and set the delivery interval. The selected products will then be delivered automatically.
What discounts do I get?
You benefit from two types of discounts: quantity discount (from 4 pieces upwards) and payment bonus for longer payment intervals. Both are combined.
What payment options are available?
Depending on the delivery interval, various payment options are available: per delivery, monthly (+2%), 6 months (+4%) or 12 months (+6%) in advance.
Can I change or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause your subscription at any time, skip a delivery or cancel after the minimum term has expired.
How long am I committed to the subscription?
The minimum contract period depends on your chosen payment option. After that, you can cancel at any time at the end of the current payment period.
Do I earn loyalty points?
Yes! For every subscription payment you earn loyalty points just like with regular orders.
Can I mix different materials?
Yes, you can combine filaments from different materials. The discount is calculated from the total quantity of all filaments.
By creating a subscription you accept our General Terms and Conditions as well as the following subscription terms: The minimum contract period corresponds to the chosen payment option. Recurring payments are automatically charged to the stored payment method. Cancellations are possible at any time after the minimum term has expired. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
