Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Raptor3D GmbH (hereinafter "seller").
By placing an order, the customer (hereinafter "buyer") accepts these Terms and Conditions. Differing conditions of the buyer are not recognised unless the seller expressly agrees to them in writing.
Separate Terms and Conditions for business customers apply for business customers.

3. Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order (invitatio ad offerendum).
By submitting an order, the buyer makes a binding offer to purchase. The seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail (order confirmation). This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the offer and the sales contract is concluded.
The seller reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are shown separately and are not included in the product price.
The seller reserves the right to change prices. The price applicable is that at the time of the order.
4.2 Payment Methods
The buyer can choose from the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- TWINT
- PostFinance
- Bank transfer (prepayment)
4.3 Due Date
Payment is due upon ordering. In the case of prepayment, shipment takes place after receipt of payment.
4.4 Late Payment
In the event of late payment, the seller is entitled to charge default interest of 5% per year (Art. 104 CO). Reminder fees may also be charged.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Area
The seller delivers exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
5.2 Delivery Times
The delivery time is usually 1–3 business days for items in stock. For pre-orders, the delivery time is 1–3 weeks. The stated delivery times are non-binding.

5.3 Pre-orders
Products with the status "Pre-order available" (blue status) are currently not in stock but can be ordered. The seller orders them from the manufacturer and ships them upon arrival.
Special conditions for pre-orders:
- Payment is due upon ordering, not upon delivery
- The stated delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on availability from the manufacturer
- The buyer will be notified of shipment by e-mail
- For orders with both in-stock and pre-ordered products, shipment occurs when all items are available (partial delivery possible on request)
- Cancellation is possible as long as the goods have not yet been ordered from the manufacturer

5.5 Transfer of Risk
Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier (Art. 185 CO). In the event of damage or loss during transport, the buyer is obliged to report this immediately to the carrier and the seller.
5.6 Partial Deliveries
The seller is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the buyer.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment (Art. 715 CC). The buyer is not entitled to sell, pledge or otherwise encumber the goods before full payment.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Voluntary Right of Withdrawal
The seller voluntarily grants the buyer a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland for online purchases.
7.2 Exercise of Withdrawal
Withdrawal must be declared in writing by e-mail to info@raptor3d.ch. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the declaration of withdrawal.
7.3 Condition of Goods
The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Opened filament spools cannot be accepted for quality reasons.
7.4 Return Costs
The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer.
7.5 Refund
After receipt and inspection of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
7.6 Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Goods made to customer specifications
- Opened filament spools (sealed packaging)
- Goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons
8. Warranty and Liability for Defects
8.1 Inspection Obligation
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects to the seller within 7 days (Art. 201 CO).
8.2 Warranty Period
The warranty period is 2 years from delivery (Art. 210 CO).
8.3 Rectification
In the case of justified claims, the seller has the choice between:
- Replacement delivery of a defect-free product
- Repair of the defective product
- Reduction of the purchase price
- Return of the goods with refund of the purchase price
8.4 Exclusion
The warranty is excluded in the case of:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper handling or use
- Modifications or repairs by the buyer or third parties
- Damage due to force majeure
9. Limitation of Liability
The seller is only liable for damages in the case of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or data loss is excluded.
Liability is in any case limited to the purchase price of the goods concerned.
10. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content of the online shop (texts, images, logos, graphics) is protected by copyright and is the property of the seller or the respective rights holders. Use without express consent is prohibited.
12. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid provision shall apply that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For existing contracts, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order apply.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Wildegg, Canton of Aargau, Switzerland. The seller is entitled to sue the buyer at their place of residence.
