2. Collection and Processing of Data
2.1 Server Log Files
Each time you access our website, the following data is automatically collected:

- Page/file accessed
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser and operating system
- Referring page (referrer)
This data is used to ensure proper operation and is deleted after 30 days.
2.2 Customer Account and Orders
When you register or place an order, we collect:
- Name and address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Payment information
- Order history
This data is required for contract fulfilment and is stored in accordance with legal retention periods (10 years for business documents).
2.3 Contact Form
When using our contact form, your details are stored to process your enquiry and deleted after completion, unless legal retention obligations apply.
4. Web Analytics
4.1 Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. The Tag Manager itself does not store cookies and does not collect personal data. It enables the triggering of other tags that may collect data.

4.2 Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyse website usage. This helps us improve our services.
Data collected:
- Pages visited and time spent

- E-commerce interactions (products viewed, cart actions, purchases)
Data protection measures:
- IP anonymisation is enabled
- No sharing with third parties

- Data is automatically deleted after 14 months

4.3 E-Commerce Tracking
As part of Google Analytics, we collect anonymised e-commerce data:
- Which products are viewed
- Which products are added to the cart
- At which point the checkout process is abandoned
- Completed orders (revenue, product categories)
This data helps us optimise the shopping process and improve our product range. No attribution to individual persons is made.

You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics in the following ways:

6. Payment Processing
For payment processing we use Saferpay (SIX Payment Services AG). For card payments, your payment data is transmitted directly to Saferpay and processed there. We do not store complete credit card numbers.

7. External Services
7.1 Google Fonts (local)
Fonts are loaded locally from our server. No connection to Google servers is established.
7.2 Shipping Providers
To deliver your order, we transmit the necessary address data to our shipping partners (Post CH, DPD).
7.3 Google OAuth (Login)
You can optionally sign in with your Google account. The following data is transmitted by Google: name, email address and profile picture. We store this data for account management.

8. Data Security
We implement technical and organisational security measures:
- SSL/TLS encryption of all data transmissions
- Encrypted storage of passwords
- Regular security updates
- Access restrictions to personal data
9. Data Transfer Abroad
The use of Google services may result in data being transferred to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.
