Orders & Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- TWINT
- PostFinance
- Bank transfer (prepayment)
All payments are processed securely via Saferpay (SIX Payment Services).
Payment is charged immediately upon ordering – including pre-orders. For bank transfers, shipping occurs after payment is received.
Yes, all prices in the shop include 8.1% VAT. What you see is what you pay (plus any shipping costs).
For private customers, we currently don't offer payment by invoice. Business customers with good creditworthiness can receive payment terms upon request. Contact us at info@raptor3d.ch.
First check your spam folder. If you don't find anything there, contact us at info@raptor3d.ch with your name and the approximate order time.

When you see the blue status, the product is currently not in our warehouse, but can still be ordered.
Typical cases:
- New products that we've already ordered from the manufacturer
- Temporarily sold out items being restocked
- Products with longer delivery times from the manufacturer
Important: Payment is processed immediately upon ordering. You'll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Yes, as long as we haven't yet ordered the goods from the manufacturer. Contact us as quickly as possible at info@raptor3d.ch.
If the order has already been placed with the manufacturer, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
We primarily ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For international deliveries, please contact us at info@raptor3d.ch for a custom quote.
Yes! Pickup is available at Bruggerstrasse 6, 5103 Wildegg.
Opening hours:
- Mon–Wed: 09:00–17:00
- Thu: 09:00–20:00
- Fri: 09:00–17:00
- Sat: 13:00–17:00 (by appointment only)
Important: Please wait for our pickup notification email before coming.
Please report transport damage immediately (within 7 days) with photos to info@raptor3d.ch. We'll find a solution together.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes! We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy from receipt of goods.
Requirements:
- Goods in original packaging and unused
- Return within 14 days
- Prior notification by email
You bear the return shipping costs.
No. We cannot accept opened filament spools for quality reasons. Filament is moisture-sensitive – once opened, we can no longer guarantee its quality.
For defects within the 2-year warranty, contact us at info@raptor3d.ch with:
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Photos of the defect
We'll then offer a replacement, repair or refund.
After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Products & 3D Printing
PLA is ideal for beginners:
- Easy to print (190–220°C)
- No heated bed required
- Minimal warping
- Low odour
We recommend Polymaker PolyLite PLA – excellent quality at a fair price.
Filament should be stored dry and away from light:
- In airtight containers or bags with silica gel
- Moisture attracts moisture → reduced print quality
- Especially important for: Nylon, TPU, PETG
Yes! For most filaments, you'll find a link on the product page to the technical data sheet (TDS) with printing parameters and material properties.
Account & Privacy
No, you can also order as a guest. However, with an account you have the following benefits:
- Order overview and tracking
- Faster checkout
- Save your address
Send us an email to info@raptor3d.ch with the subject "Account deletion". We'll delete your account and all personal data, unless legal retention obligations apply.
We only store what's necessary for order processing: name, address, email, order history. More details in our Privacy Policy.
Yes! In our Privacy Policy you'll find a button to disable Google Analytics.
