With every purchase, you collect points that you can redeem for discounts. With your personal partner code, you and your friends benefit even more!

Collect points
Simple: with every purchase, you automatically receive 2 points per CHF 1.00 value.
Example:
- Purchase of CHF 50.00 → 100 points
- Purchase of CHF 75.00 → 200 points
- Purchase of CHF 250.00 → 500 points
Points are credited to your account after the order is completed.
Yes. Points are only credited if you are logged in when ordering. Guest orders do not earn points.
You can see in the cart how many points you would earn with the current purchase.
Points are credited immediately after successful payment – not only after delivery.
No. Your collected points do not expire and remain valid indefinitely.
Redeem points
In the cart, you'll find the "Redeem points" field. There you can:
- Enter a specific number of points (e.g. "500")
- Click "MAX" to use all available points
The discount is immediately deducted from the total.
100 points = CHF 1.00 discount

No. You can redeem any number of points – even just 10 points for CHF 0.10 discount.
No. The points discount is limited to the cart value. Excess points remain in your account.
Yes.! You collect points on the total value – regardless of whether you redeem points.
Example: For a purchase of CHF 75.00, you earn 200 points, even if you redeem 500 points (CHF 5.00 discount).
Partner code
The partner code is your personal referral code. When someone uses your code in an order, you both benefit:
- You (as partner): 200 bonus points
- Your friend (as buyer): 200 bonus points
That's CHF 2.00 discount on the next purchase!
You'll find your personal partner code in your customer account under "Loyalty program".
If no code is displayed yet, it will be automatically generated after your first order.
In the cart, you'll find a field for the partner code. Enter your friend's code before proceeding to checkout.
No. Your own partner code cannot be used for your own orders.
Your partner code can be used by as many different people as you want.
But: Per delivery address, a partner code can only be used once. This prevents abuse.
The 200 bonus points are credited to both parties immediately after successful payment.
The partner (code holder) receives their 200 points in any case.
As a buyer, you only receive the 200 bonus points if you're logged in. Guest orders don't qualify for points.
Points overview
You can see your current balance:
- In your customer account under "Loyalty program"
- In the cart at the "Redeem points" field

Calculation example
Scenario: You buy filament for CHF 80.00 and redeem 500 points. A friend gave you their partner code.
| Cart value | CHF 80.00 |
| Points redeemed (500 points) | − CHF 5.00 |
| To pay | CHF 75.00 |
Your points after purchase:
- Collected: 160 points (CHF 80.00 × 2)
- Partner code bonus: 200 points
- New total: 360 points (= CHF 3.60 discount on next purchase)
Your friend (partner) receives: 200 bonus points
