Within Switzerland, we offer free shipping from CHF 75.00.

Availability & Delivery Times
Availability is shown for each product. Here's what the different statuses mean:

| Only X pieces available | Product is only available in limited quantity (1–5). Hurry! | 1–3 business days |
| Pre-order available | Product is currently not in stock, but can be pre-ordered. We have already ordered it from the manufacturer or will order it upon receipt of your order. You will receive a notification when it's ready to ship. | 1–3 weeks |
| Not available | Product is currently not available and cannot be ordered. Check back later! | – |
⚠️ Note on pre-orders:
- Payment is made at the time of order, not upon delivery
- Delivery times may vary depending on manufacturer availability
- For orders combining in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available
- Partial delivery possible on request – contact us (additional shipping costs may apply)
- Cancellation possible as long as we haven't ordered the goods from the manufacturer
Seasonal variations: During high demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be extended.
Shipment tracking
After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can then track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Receiving shipments
Please ensure you can receive the shipment. In case of non-acceptance:
- Return costs and redelivery costs are at the customer's expense
- Alternatively: pickup within 10 days at our location
- After the 10-day deadline, the order will be cancelled
- Refund less CHF 5.00 processing fee and CHF 8.90 return shipping costs
