The Panchroma™ CoPE Black from Polymaker represents excellence in professional 3D printing. This high-quality co-polyester filament in 1.75 mm format combines impressive mechanical properties with outstanding printability. The deep black coloring is ideal for technical components, housings, and functional prototypes. With a tensile strength exceeding 51 MPa and an impact resistance of 2.9 kJ/m², this material offers an optimal balance between stiffness and toughness. The Vicat softening temperature of 66°C ensures good heat resistance for demanding applications. Thanks to print speeds of up to 400 mm/s, CoPE Black enables highly efficient production. The material combines seamlessly with PolySupport™ or water-soluble PolyDissolve™ S1 for complex geometries with overhangs.

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend drying the filament at 55°C for 6 hours before printing. Use a 0.4 mm nozzle and enable part cooling at 100%. For complex geometries, combine the material with PolySupport™ for easy-to-remove supports or PolyDissolve™ S1 for water-soluble support. The Panchroma™ CoPE Black is fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.
