Description

The Panchroma™ CoPE Orange by Polymaker opens new creative possibilities in 3D printing. This premium copolyester filament in the 1.75 mm format impresses with its vibrant orange hue and excellent mechanical properties. With a tensile strength exceeding 50 MPa and impact resistance of 2.9 kJ/m², this material is perfect for functional components and technical applications. The Vicat softening temperature of 66 °C ensures good heat resistance for everyday objects. Thanks to compatibility with multi-material systems like Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, or Prusa MMU, multicolor projects are easily achievable. CoPE combines the easy printability of PLA with improved mechanical performance, making it ideal for prototypes, enclosures, and design objects where both aesthetics and durability matter.

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a nozzle temperature around 210 °C and a slightly heated print bed. For high-speed printing up to 400 mm/s, increase the temperature accordingly. Dry the filament at 55 °C for 6 hours before printing for best surface quality. Post-processing works well with sanding or painting. This filament is fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.
