Description

The Panchroma™ CoPE Purple by Polymaker opens new creative horizons in 3D printing. This high-quality copolyester filament in the 1.75 mm format stands out with its rich purple coloration and delivers an excellent balance between strength and flexibility. With an impressive tensile strength of over 51 MPa and an impact resistance of 2.9 kJ/m², this material is perfectly suited for functional components and demanding projects. The Vicat softening temperature of 66°C ensures good thermal stability in everyday use. Thanks to the optimized print speed of up to 400 mm/s, you can efficiently complete even larger projects. The CoPE material works seamlessly with PolySupport™ or the water-soluble PolyDissolve™ S1 for complex geometries with overhangs.

Applications

  • Functional prototypes with high durability
  • Mechanical parts and enclosures
  • Design objects and decorative elements
  • Toys and scale modeling
  • Technical components with enhanced impact resistance
  • Household items and everyday accessories

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a printing temperature of 230°C and a bed temperature of 50°C. Before printing, dry the filament at 55°C for 6 hours to prevent moisture absorption. For complex models, use PolySupport™ for easily removable supports or PolyDissolve™ S1 for water-soluble supports. This material is fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.

FAQ

The optimal printing temperature is between 190 and 230°C, with 230°C recommended for best layer adhesion. The bed should be set to 25-60°C, ideally around 50°C.
Yes, for optimal results the filament should be dried at 55°C for 6 hours. Copolyester can absorb moisture, which can affect print quality.
Polymaker recommends PolySupport™ for mechanically removable supports or PolyDissolve™ S1 for water-soluble supports. Both enable clean surfaces on complex geometries.
Yes, the filament is fully compatible with common multi-material systems like Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU for multi-color prints.
The CoPE material allows print speeds of up to 400 mm/s at 0.4 mm line width and 0.2 mm layer height. That's faster than many other specialty filaments.
