Description

The Panchroma™ CoPE Yellow from Polymaker opens new creative possibilities in 3D printing. This high-quality copolyester filament in 1.75 mm format impresses with its vibrant yellow color and offers an excellent balance of strength and flexibility. With an impressive tensile strength of over 50 MPa and an impact resistance of 2.9 kJ/m², this material is ideal for functional parts that must withstand mechanical stress. The Vicat softening temperature of 66 °C ensures good heat resistance for everyday applications. Thanks to compatibility with print speeds up to 400 mm/s, even larger projects can be completed efficiently. The CoPE material pairs perfectly with PolySupport™ or the water-soluble PolyDissolve™ S1 for complex geometries with perfect overhangs.

Applications

  • High-strength functional prototypes
  • Mechanical parts and housings
  • Decorative objects in vibrant yellow
  • Tools and fixtures
  • High-visibility signal elements
  • Household replacement parts

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a mid-range print temperature of around 210 °C with a slightly heated bed. For complex models with overhangs, use PolySupport™ or water-soluble PolyDissolve™ S1. Dry the filament at 55 °C for 6 hours before printing for best surface quality. Fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.

FAQ

CoPE (Copolyester) is an engineering plastic that combines the strength of PETG with improved impact resistance. With a tensile strength of over 50 MPa, it surpasses standard PLA while offering better heat resistance up to 66 °C.
Yes, the CoPE material supports print speeds up to 400 mm/s at 0.4 mm line width and 0.2 mm layer height. We recommend starting at moderate speeds and gradually increasing for optimal results.
Polymaker recommends PolySupport™ for mechanically removable supports or PolyDissolve™ S1 for water-soluble support structures. Both combine seamlessly with CoPE for clean surfaces on complex geometries.
Yes, for optimal print quality, Polymaker recommends drying CoPE filament at 55 °C for 6 hours. This reduces moisture and prevents surface defects and bubbling during printing.
Yes, the filament is fully compatible with popular multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU, allowing easy multi-color prints or support material combinations.
