With an impressive tensile strength of over 50 MPa and an impact resistance of 2.9 kJ/m², this material is ideal for functional parts that must withstand mechanical stress. The Vicat softening temperature of 66 °C ensures good heat resistance for everyday applications. Thanks to compatibility with print speeds up to 400 mm/s, even larger projects can be completed efficiently. The CoPE material pairs perfectly with PolySupport™ or the water-soluble PolyDissolve™ S1 for complex geometries with perfect overhangs.

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a mid-range print temperature of around 210 °C with a slightly heated bed. For complex models with overhangs, use PolySupport™ or water-soluble PolyDissolve™ S1. Dry the filament at 55 °C for 6 hours before printing for best surface quality. Fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.
