Description

The Panchroma™ PLA Blue from Polymaker opens the doors to the Chromaverse with its infinite colour palette. This high-quality PLA filament in 1.75 mm format impresses with its classic blue and Basic finish, delivering a uniform and clean surface. The biodegradable material made from renewable resources is ideal for beginners and experienced users alike.

With an impressive maximum print speed of up to 400 mm/s, this filament ranks among the fastest in its category. The tensile strength exceeding 51 MPa and Young's modulus above 2500 MPa guarantee stable and detailed prints. Prototypes, architectural models, decorative objects or figurines – this PLA consistently delivers high-quality results without unpleasant odours.

Applications

  • Prototyping and concept models
  • Architectural models and presentation pieces
  • Decorative objects and vases
  • Figurines and collector models
  • Cosplay accessories and props
  • Educational materials
  • Indoor replacement parts

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a printing temperature between 200 and 220 °C. A heated bed is optional but improves adhesion for larger parts. Thanks to the excellent surface quality, post-processing is rarely required – however, the material sands and paints easily if needed. This filament is fully compatible with multi-material systems such as Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE and Prusa MMU.

FAQ

A heated bed is optional but recommended for better adhesion. Temperatures between 25 and 60 °C improve first layer adhesion, especially for larger print objects.
Yes, the Panchroma™ PLA Blue is fully compatible with common multi-material systems like Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE and Prusa MMU. Multi-colour projects work seamlessly.
The Panchroma™ Basic PLA supports print speeds up to 400 mm/s. This specification is based on 0.4 mm line width and 0.2 mm layer height – maximum speed may vary with different settings.
Normally no drying is required. For older spools or symptoms like hissing and bubbling, Polymaker recommends drying at 55 °C for 6 hours.
Polymaker recommends PolySupport™ or PolyDissolve™ S1 as support material. Both are easily removed after printing and leave clean surfaces.
