Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a mid-range printing temperature and moderate fan cooling. The matte surface effectively conceals minor print defects and layer lines. Post-processing is rarely required, but the material sands easily if needed. For extended storage, dry at 55 °C for 6 hours. This filament is fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.

Polymaker recommends a printing temperature between 190 and 230 °C. For optimal matte surfaces, we suggest starting around 210 °C and adjusting as needed.
A heated bed is optional but recommended. The optimal bed temperature is between 25 and 60 °C. If you experience adhesion issues, a slight increase in bed temperature can help.
The Panchroma™ PLA Matte supports print speeds up to 300 mm/s. This specification is based on 0.4 mm line width and 0.2 mm layer height – optimal speed may vary with different settings.
For new spools, drying is usually not necessary. For filament stored for extended periods or showing symptoms like hissing and bubbling, Polymaker recommends drying at 55 °C for 6 hours.
