Recommendations

For optimal metallic effects, we recommend a layer height of 0.15–0.2 mm and moderate print speed. Keep cooling active for clean overhangs. The finish shows best on larger, smooth surfaces. For older spools, drying at 55 °C for 6 hours is recommended. Fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.

Yes, absolutely. PLA is generally the most beginner-friendly material in 3D printing. It doesn't require a heated bed, produces minimal odour, and forgives small printing errors. The metallic finish doesn't change that.
