Since PLA is made from renewable resources and produces minimal odour during printing, you can work comfortably even in enclosed spaces. Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a printing temperature between 200 and 220 °C along with a slightly heated print bed. PLA adheres well to smooth surfaces such as glass or PEI sheets. Post-processing through sanding or painting is possible – the Basic finish accepts paints particularly well. For older spools or signs of moisture (hissing, bubbles), dry the material at 55 °C for 6 hours. This filament is fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.

FAQ

A heated bed is optional but recommended. Temperatures between 25 and 60 °C improve adhesion and reduce warping. On smooth surfaces like glass or PEI, the filament also works well without heating.
