Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a mid-range printing temperature of around 210 °C. The matte finish hides minor layer imperfections better than glossy materials. Post-processing is usually unnecessary – however, PLA can be sanded or primed if needed. The matte surface makes an excellent base for acrylic painting. This filament is fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE and Prusa MMU.

For new spools, drying is usually not necessary. If the filament has been stored open for a long time and shows symptoms like hissing or bubbles, Polymaker recommends drying at 55 °C for 6 hours.
The matte PLA surface makes an excellent base for acrylic paints as it's slightly porous and absorbs paint well. The material can also be sanded or primed if needed.
