Description

Polymaker™ PETG in Dark Green is a cost-effective, high-flow filament in 1.75 mm format, engineered for improved all-around performance. This robust material offers the ideal balance between PLA's easy printability and ABS's strength. The dark green colour is perfect for technical components, enclosures, and functional prototypes requiring a professional appearance. With excellent impact resistance and chemical stability, this PETG handles demanding mechanical loads with ease. Low warping tendency and minimal odour emissions make the printing process particularly pleasant. The high flow characteristics enable clean surface quality and print speeds up to 300 mm/s for efficient production workflows.

Applications

  • Functional parts and mechanical assemblies
  • Electronics enclosures and controller housings
  • Tools, jigs, and fixtures
  • RC parts and drone components
  • Robust prototypes for functional testing
  • Translucent covers and technical viewing panels

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a nozzle temperature of 240–260 °C with a bed temperature of 60–70 °C. Use a PC or textured PEI print surface for best adhesion. Part cooling should be set to 20–60 %, an enclosed chamber is not required. For extended storage, we recommend using a PolyBox™ or PolyDryer™ as PETG absorbs moisture. This filament is fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.

FAQ

The optimal print temperature is between 240–260 °C with a bed temperature of 60–70 °C. For best results, we recommend a PC or textured PEI print surface.
PETG absorbs moisture from the air, which can affect print quality. After extended storage, we recommend drying at 55 °C for 6 hours or using a PolyBox™ during printing.
Yes, Polymaker PETG offers excellent impact resistance and is ideal for functional parts, enclosures, and mechanical assemblies. The Charpy impact strength reaches up to 20 kJ/m².
Yes, Polymaker PETG is fully compatible with common multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.
PETG shows good resistance to oils, greases, and weak acids. However, caution is advised with strong acids and alkalis, which can attack the material over time.
