Description

Polymaker™ PETG in Pink combines reliable printing properties with a vibrant, fresh hue. In the practical 1.75 mm format, this high-flow filament delivers fast and clean printing results. PETG is considered the golden middle ground between PLA and ABS – offering significantly higher impact resistance and temperature tolerance than PLA while minimising warping. Low odour emission makes printing pleasant even indoors. Polymaker has optimised this PETG for high extrusion speeds, achieving up to 300 mm/s. The pink colour is perfect for decorative objects, enclosures, and functional parts that need to stand out visually. Its chemical resistance makes the material ideal for technical applications while the excellent surface quality delivers impressive results.

Applications

  • Functional parts and mechanical assemblies
  • Electronics enclosures and housings
  • Tools and mounting jigs
  • Decorative objects and design pieces
  • RC components and drone parts
  • Prototypes for product development

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a nozzle temperature of 240–260 °C and a bed at 60–70 °C. PC or textured PEI build plates ensure excellent adhesion. Since PETG is moisture-sensitive, dry the filament at 55 °C for 6 hours before printing – ideally using the PolyBox™ or PolyDryer™. Cooling at 20–60 % improves surface quality. This filament is compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.

FAQ

The optimal print temperature is between 240 and 260 °C. The heated bed should be set to 60–70 °C. For best adhesion, we recommend PC or textured PEI build plates.
Yes, PETG is moisture-sensitive. Polymaker recommends drying the filament at 55 °C for 6 hours. Using a PolyBox or PolyDryer during printing further improves results.
Yes, Polymaker PETG Pink is compatible with common multi-material systems like Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU. This allows you to create multi-colour or multi-material prints.
The filament is optimised for high-speed printing and allows speeds up to 300 mm/s. The high flow rate ensures clean surfaces even at high speeds.
PETG is more robust and impact-resistant than PLA, with better heat resistance up to approximately 80 °C. It's therefore better suited for functional parts, mechanical assemblies, and enclosures that must withstand stress.
