The Polymaker PolyLite™ ASA in vibrant orange is the go-to choice for all outdoor applications. In the practical 1.75 mm format, this premium ASA filament offers outstanding UV resistance that prevents colour fading even after years of outdoor exposure. The matte, professional surface gives your prints a high-quality appearance. With a glass transition temperature of 97.8 °C and heat deflection temperature exceeding 100 °C, this material is perfect for parts that must withstand heat and weather. The high impact strength remains intact even at low temperatures, making PolyLite™ ASA ideal for automotive applications, drone housings, or garden installations. Surfaces can be smoothed with acetone for an even more refined finish.

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a heated print bed with BuildTak® or Magigoo as adhesive. Turn off the part cooling fan and print in a well-ventilated environment or enclosed chamber at room temperature up to 90 °C. For bridges and overhangs exceeding 50°, PolyDissolve™ S2 is ideal as a water-soluble support material. For an especially smooth surface, you can post-process parts with acetone. Store the filament dry – if needed, dry for 4–6 hours at 70–80 °C. This filament is compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.
