With a glass transition temperature of 97.8 °C and heat deflection above 100 °C, this ASA filament is ideal for thermally stressed components. Thanks to its chemical resistance to oils, greases and weak acids, PolyLite™ ASA is the optimal ABS alternative for outdoor use.

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend printing in an enclosed chamber without part cooling. Use BuildTak® or Magigoo for best adhesion. Parts can be smoothed with acetone after printing for an even higher quality finish. This filament is compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE and Prusa MMU.
