Description
The Polymaker PolyLite™ PLA PRO in Black is a professional filament in 1.75 mm format that combines the easy printability of standard PLA with enhanced mechanical properties. As the first PLA of its kind, it unites high toughness with high rigidity – ideal for technical applications that would normally require engineering materials. With a Young's modulus exceeding 2900 MPa and a Charpy impact strength of 17.1 kJ/m², it significantly outperforms conventional PLA. The classic black is perfect for professional prototypes, functional parts, and technical models. The glass transition temperature of 62 °C provides improved heat resistance. Thanks to excellent printing properties, even complex geometries succeed without issues. The multi-material system compatible filament works seamlessly with automatic filament changers like Bambu AMS or Prusa MMU.

Recommendations
For optimal results, we recommend a nozzle temperature of 210 °C and a bed at 25–30 °C. Use BuildTak®, glass, or Blue Tape as the print surface, treated with glue stick or Magigoo if needed. The part cooling fan should be enabled. For bridges and overhangs exceeding 60°, use PolySupport™. This filament is MMS compatible and works flawlessly with Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU for multi-colour or multi-material prints.
