Description

Polymaker PolySonic™ PLA in White revolutionises 3D printing with speeds up to 300 mm/s. This high-performance filament in the convenient 1.75 mm format has been specifically developed for modern high-speed printers, delivering exceptional layer adhesion and precise print results. The neutral white colour is perfect for prototypes, architectural models and functional components. Thanks to optimised flow properties, you can massively increase productivity without compromising print quality. This biodegradable material prints virtually odourless – ideal for offices, schools and workshops. With a tensile strength of 46 MPa and a Young's modulus of 2878 MPa, PolySonic™ PLA also excels mechanically. The filament is multi-material system compatible and works seamlessly with Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE and Prusa MMU.

Recommendations

For optimal high-speed results, we recommend a printing temperature of 210–230 °C with a heated bed. A little glue stick can improve adhesion on complex geometries. Cooling fan should run at 100%. For post-processing, sanding and painting work excellently – the white PLA takes acrylic paints beautifully. This filament is fully MMS-compatible and can be combined with other colours or PolySupport™ for soluble support structures.

The PolySonic™ PLA achieves print speeds up to 300 mm/s in high-speed mode. For classic printing, 50–100 mm/s is recommended. This high speed is enabled by optimised flow properties.
A heated bed of 30–60 °C is recommended but not mandatory. For complex geometries or large prints, a heated bed improves adhesion. A little glue stick can also help.
Yes, this filament is fully MMS-compatible. It works seamlessly with Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE and Prusa MMU. This allows you to create multi-colour prints or soluble support structures.
