Description
The Polymaker PolySupport™ Breakaway in 1.75 mm format is a specialized support material perfectly tuned for PLA-based filaments. This innovative support material forms an optimal interface with PLA – strong enough to reliably support complex overhangs, yet easily removable by hand. After printing, support structures break away cleanly without tools, significantly simplifying post-processing. PolySupport™ excels for projects with demanding geometries where conventional support materials would be difficult to remove. Compatibility extends to PC, PVB, and TPU-based materials from Polymaker, opening up versatile applications. For best results, use with cooling fan enabled at room temperature. The 750 g spool provides ample material for numerous print projects requiring complex support structures.

Recommendations
Print PolySupport™ at a nozzle temperature of 220–230 °C with a heated bed between 25–60 °C. Use BuildTak®, glass, or Blue Tape with glue as your print surface. After cooling, supports simply break away by hand – start at a corner and work carefully. For optimal separation, set raft separation distance to 0 mm. This material is MMS-compatible and works seamlessly with Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU for automated multi-material printing.
