Description

Polymaker PolyTerra™ PLA in Sakura Pink combines eco-conscious printing with a delicate hue inspired by Japanese cherry blossoms. This high-quality bioplastic filament in 1.75 mm format features a matte finish that gives printed objects a velvety, non-reflective surface. The soft pink shade is perfect for decorative projects, figurines, and personalised gift items. PolyTerra™ PLA has been engineered for reliable results with an excellent balance of quality and ease of use. The material prints easily without a heated bed and produces minimal odour. Ideal for architectural models, cosplay props, educational materials, and decorative vases. Its high detail accuracy makes it the perfect choice for intricate designs and prototypes.

Applications

  • Decorative figurines and sculptures
  • Architectural models and displays
  • Cosplay props and accessories
  • Vases and home décor
  • Prototypes and concept models
  • Educational materials
  • Personalised gifts

Recommendations

For optimal results, we recommend a nozzle temperature of 200 °C and bed at 60 °C. A print surface like BuildTak® or glass with glue stick ensures excellent adhesion. The cooling fan should be enabled for clean overhangs up to 60°. For older spools, drying at 40–50 °C for 4–6 hours can improve print quality. The matte finish requires no post-processing and elegantly conceals layer lines. This filament is fully compatible with multi-material systems including Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU.

FAQ

A heated bed is optional but improves adhesion. We recommend 25–60 °C for best results. Alternatively, a cold print surface with glue stick or BuildTak® works well too.
The optimal nozzle temperature is 190–230 °C. For most applications, we recommend 200 °C as a starting point. If you experience adhesion issues, increase the temperature slightly.
Absolutely! The matte surface gives printed objects an elegant, velvety appearance and excellently conceals layer lines. Perfect for vases, figurines, and gifts without post-processing.
Yes, PolyTerra™ PLA is fully compatible with multi-material systems like Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, Anycubic ACE, and Prusa MMU. It integrates seamlessly into multi-colour projects.
Usually not. PLA is less moisture-sensitive than other materials. If you notice hissing or bubbles during printing, dry the spool at 40–50 °C for 4–6 hours.
